Your data, plainly.

tiny truths is a small shop in Athens (Falirou 28, Koukaki, 117 42). This page says what we keep about you and why. Short version: only what an order or your own request needs.

When you order

The checkout is run by Hostinger's store service and paid through Stripe or PayPal. They receive your name, address, email, phone and payment details to take the payment and to deliver. We keep a copy of your orders (what you bought, where it went, what you paid) in our own records for as long as tax law asks us to, and we use your email to confirm and update your order. If you chose a BOX NOW locker, the locker details go to BOX NOW for the delivery.

When you leave your email for the welcome code

We keep your email, the time you agreed, and the one-time code we made for you. We use the email to send the code and, now and then, news about new truths. You can stop that any time: reply to any of our emails or message us on Instagram, and we remove you.

When you make an account

An account is your email and a password you choose. We keep the password only as a hash we cannot read, and a sign-in cookie on your device for up to 90 days so you stay logged in. We send a six-digit code to your email only when you ask for a new password or to confirm that the email is yours; the orders placed with that email are shown once it is confirmed. We save your cart and the contact details you type to the account. Ask us and we delete the account.

When you upload a design for a custom sign

The file is kept on our server only so we can make your sign. Files that are not followed by an order are deleted after two days; files from orders are deleted after ninety.

Cookies and storage

No tracking or advertising cookies. Your cart and your choices live in your browser's own storage. The only cookie is the sign-in cookie of your account, and only if you sign in.

Where it lives

Our site and records are hosted by Hostinger on servers in the European Union. Emails are sent from our own domain.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted, except what we must keep for tax reasons. Message us on Instagram or reply to any email from us, and we answer within a few days.
